Your Role As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for advanced technical support, service improvement, and end-to-end delivery of IT projects. You'll also play a mentoring role and help shape internal processes and automation strategies. Key Responsibilities Support & Troubleshooting Deliver advanced Level 2/3 support across hardware, software, networks, and firewalls. Manage escalations and provide expert troubleshooting on Windows Server, Office 365, and virtualised environments. Configure and maintain SonicWall firewalls, Hyper-V/VMware servers, and 3CX VoIP systems.
