Voice environment and a strong understanding of network technologies and principles: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and WLAN design/troubleshooting; VPNs (SSL/IPsec), STP, Routing, Firewall Policies, NAT, VIPs, VRRP. Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice and Collaboration and knowledge of Azure or AWS public cloud environments is advantageous.
