Rolesummary: The Operations Manager reports totheGeneral Manager andtheroleistoleadandmanageallaspectsoftheservicecentre to ensure achievementofbudgetedand/ortargetedservice, Responsibleandaccountablefortheeffectivemanagementofallemployedcolleagues, thirdpartysubcontractorsandownerdrivers.Managethepremises,equipmentandconsumables, ensuringthemostcosteffectiveandhighqualityperformanceisdelivered. Theroleistodriveandleadthechangeprocesstodeliverafullyintegratedservicecentreoperation. Keyresponsibilities Evidentlinemanagementexperienceinproduction/logistics parcelsservicesenvironment . Experienceofmanagingbudgets,profitandlossaccounts Havetheabilityandthetrackrecordtoseekimprovementswithouthavingtobeprompted. Abilitytoidentifyproblemsanddesigndeployablesolutions. ProvenrecordofsuccessfulCustomerinterfaceandsuppliermanagement. Abilitytomanagecommercialrelationshipswithcustomersandsuppliersthroughthemaintenanceofservice/productprocessestodeliverexcellentcustomerservice;promotingorganicgrowthandreducingcustomerattrition.
