Role Overview: Our L+P client are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our Edinburgh based team for a 6 months initial contract to drive HR transformation initiatives within a dynamic financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle HCM , a strong understanding of HR processes, and a proven track record of … transformation programmes. Key Responsibilities: Lead business analysis activities across HR transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, etc.).
