Solid understanding of CPQ configuration, product modelling, pricing rules, discounting, and approval workflows. Experience with Salesforce Billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes. Familiarity with integration tools and middleware (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs). Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant certification (highly desirable).
