You’ll be joining an IT department implementing testing for the first time thus giving you the autonomy to help implement best practice, move the business towards automation, and manage 3rd … party testers. As a Test Lead you’ll work closely with the Test Manager to define testing strategy, select appropriate tooling, grow the team, and implement test automation.
