Manage Live Service calls and support Change and Project programmes. Demonstrate strong hands-on, technical and configurational skills in ECC Payroll (including complex schema work). Support all delivery phases from design and build through testing and implementation. Provide in-depth knowledge of UK Payroll and the underlying SAP solution(s). Conduct client interactions (workshops, meetings, walkthroughs, etc.) across all levels of stakeholders.
