Candidate Resourcer Recruitment Apprentice
This is an exciting role for someone looking to kick-start a career within recruitment. Your job duties will include interviewing candidates, reviewing CVs and matching candidates to suitable jobs.
Role
- Identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Review CVs and applications to assess candidate qualifications, skills, etc.
- Telephone screening candidates to establish if they are either suited to a role or looking for opportunities
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles
- Developing job descriptions and advertising roles on job boards to attract candidates
- Matching candidates to suitable job roles
- Booking in candidates for interviews at different companies
- Administrative tasks
- Dealing with general queries relating to contracts, salary, benefits etc.
- Reacting to candidate requirements accordingly
- Maintaining customer focused attitude towards duties and responsibilities to ensure the needs of clients are identified and met
- Answering incoming calls and inputting information onto company database
- Working towards targets
- Building a good working relationship with colleagues and clients
Training
- Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
- 6 hours per week for apprenticeship training, within working hours
- OneFile system
- Possibility for a full-time permanent role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
