Project Coordinator - Product Development

This is an exciting opportunity in our rapidly growing Product Engineering team for a Project Coordinator. You will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of projects and programmes designed to deliver strategic company objectives, developing the current and future product offering of Agratas. The assigned projects must be managed, critically evaluated and reviewed in a continuous improvement process and shaped in close collaboration with the Programme Management Lead and wider Engineering leadership team to ensure consistent delivery against objectives and budget.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the successful delivery of our Engineering project portfolio to ensure achievement of core company and functional objectives.
  • Responsible for the quality of reporting and communication for assigned projects to programme leads and the wider Product Engineering team.
  • You will motivate, guide and hold to account the 'project delivery' teams.
  • You will compile and submit status reports to key stakeholders and management.
  • Must be able to ensure and drive continuous improvement throughout the projects.
  • Contribute to the development of the PM team capability including supporting the implementation of appropriate PPM software and developing and improving project and programme monitoring via KPIs.
  • You will capture and distribute project related meeting minutes and track assigned actions through to closure.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A degree in either a science or engineering discipline, a professional project management certification is highly desired.
  • Strong project management experience, ideally in an engineering environment or new product development environment.
  • Experience of working with cross-functional teams spread geographically across the globe.
  • Proven experience of supporting the management and delivery of complex programmes in a fast moving and dynamic environment.
  • Experience of product development (e.g. exposure to APQP).
  • A broad understanding and experience of Project Management fundamentals applied throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Ability to work within a "start-up" culture where creativity and "thinking outside of the box" is welcomed.
