Apprentice Client Services Administrator

To support the Financial Planning Partners with providing back office support where required, whilst working with the administration team. To learn all aspects of the administration work involved in a busy financial services practice.

Role

  • The Practice fosters a professional and innovative environment where employees collaborate and share their knowledge to deliver an unrivalled level of service to their clients
  • You will be providing technical and administrative support to the Partner and advisers
  • You will be a point of contact for clients and third parties dealing with general enquiries, as well as meeting and greeting at the office
  • You will be responsible for business submission using bespoke software. Due to the nature of the company, you will need to ensure that business obtained is processed in a timely manner
  • Your role will involve day-to-day use and management of the Practice’s CRM database
  • You will need to keep the back office system updated maintaining live files and case notes
  • You will be responsible for the preparation of meeting documentation and follow up client meeting notes
  • You will be providing additional support for the Partner as and when required

Training

  • Financial Services Administrator Level 3 qualification
  • Fully and part funded learning and development programme that includes the CII R01 Financial Services Regulation and Ethics
  • Develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours of successful Financial Services Administrators
  • Free CII membership for non-members through the CII Aspire Apprenticeship Programme
  • Includes the CII R01 study e-book and exam entry
  • CII and EPA resits are to be covered by the employer
  • Fortnightly workshops for the R01 exam delivered by our team of professional qualification tutors
  • All workshops recorded and available on-demand
  • Interactive chat, forums and class note books for real time support and assistance from experienced financial services professionals
  • Exam tips, tricks, and strategies
  • Additional resources through RM Advance
  • Regular tutorials and assessments from an experienced financial services professional
  • Training will continue on the job and the progression would be to a client services administrator to a senior client services role to potentially paraplanning or an advisory role
