Head of Systems

Head os Systems - Up to £100K
Gloucestershire / Hybrid (4 days on site)

Austin Fraser are working with a Luxury Hospitality Group on a Head of Systems requirement. They are seeking a highly motivated individual, to help develop and lead the implementation of their IT Strategy. This is a hands-on role for someone with a proven background as an IT Systems Manager/Engineer and experience line managing a team.

Skills / Required Experience: 

• Proven experience leading the design and implementation of IT systems for a business. 
• Delivery of new IT systems and EPOS environment
• Mentor and guide team members, building strong teams, and develop a high-performance work environment.
• Strong communication - collaborate with stakeholders to identify systems requirements and priorities.
• Integration of cloud and on prem systems.
• Microsoft Azure, SQL, Oracle, Power BI, ERP systems
