IT Systems Engineer

 IT Systems Engineer- 4 days on-site - up to £70,000 - Moreton-In-Marsh
 
We are working with a client in the Retail & Hospitality sector that is operating successfully for a number of years. They are now looking for someone who can lead and develop the IT Systems department. Day to day: 

• Providing 2nd/3rd line IT support by troubleshooting complex issues
• Training end-users on new systems
• Communicating with business stakeholders from other departments

Key requirements:

• Experience in 1st and 2nd line support
• Experience in Retail / Hospitality or similar sector
• Vendor relationship management
• MS office 
• Cloud technologies (Azure)
• Oracle Simphony or OPERA
