Pre-Sales Engineer / Solutions Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to work with one of our multi award winning FinTech clients to support the growth of their products through building and retaining important relationships with key existing and new clients. 

Location: London based - hybrid working model 

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000

Role overview:

• Utilise your in-depth knowledge of the Fintech industry, specifically in transactions and payments, to support clients and internal teams.
  
  
• Maintain regular communication with key clients, building and nurturing strong relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, issues, and feedback.
  
  
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively articulate their features, benefits, and value propositions to clients. Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth.
  
  
• Provide API pre-sales consulting to prospective clients, showcasing the capabilities and integration possibilities of our APIs.
  
  
• Proactively identify and address client concerns, working collaboratively with internal teams to implement solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  
  
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the Fintech landscape. Use this knowledge to inform client interactions and product development initiatives.
  
  

Skills / Qualifications required: 

• Multiple years of experience in the Fintech industry, with a focus on transactions and payments would be highly advantageous
  
  
• Proven track record of successful client management and communication within a sales environment
  
  
• Experience in API pre-sales consulting is highly desirable 
  
  
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts
  
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  
  
• Good presentation skills
