A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technical Analyst or Infrastructure Engineer to join a dynamic team with one of our key clients.

Role Overview:

• Lead implementation, administration, and maintenance of public and private cloud systems.
  
  
• Address escalated calls, following incident management and service request lifecycles.
  
  
• Contribute to projects and large-scale business activities.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision, administer, and deliver ICT services.
  
  
• Prioritise support activities, document outcomes, and escalate issues.
  
  
• Install, operate, and enhance systems, adhering to design principles.
  
  
• Monitor system performance and resolve operational shortfalls.
  
  
• Apply operational standards and collaborate with IT teams.
  
  
• Follow established processes for request and incident management.
  
  
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex incidents.
  
  
• Provide technical expertise during major incidents.
  
  
• Complete maintenance activities to resolve operational issues.
  
  

Skills / Qualifications Required:

• Degree or equivalent with professional qualification.
  
  
• Experience with virtualized hosts and Storage Area Networks.
  
  
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Server.
  
  
• Experience in VMWare solutions and Microsoft Azure.
  
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
  
  
• Experience in Palo Alto firewall administration.
  
  
• Practical experience in shared database management.
