IT Support Technician

• Provide first-line technical support, handling helpdesk tickets and troubleshooting issues
• Assist with the rollout of new hardware and software
• Deliver end-user IT training and support
• Support the Head of IT with development projects, including management/administration of in-house software and databases
• Evaluate and test new hardware and software products before implementation

IT Support Technician Requirements:

• IT qualification at A-Level or equivalent (BTEC Level 3 Diploma in IT, Computing, or Technical Support; BTEC HND/HNC Diploma in IT or Computing)
• Experience with Microsoft and Windows software
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for delivering high-quality IT support to end-users
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in an IT Support role, preferably in the legal sector (desirable)
• Ability to prioritise tasks, work efficiently, and maintain accuracy
• Methodical approach to identifying and troubleshooting problems
• Keen aptitude and interest in IT
