Join Barclays as Head of Web Analytics, and you'll be a key player in a rapidly-growing Digital Banking team. We'll look to you to lead dialogue across business lines, in order to promote a better understanding of analytics and how it can enhance the customer experience while driving business benefits. What you'll give our customers as Head of Web Analytics
You'll take web analytics data out of its digital realm and make sure it's central to the bank's customer knowledge. That's going to mean carefully managing relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, making sure that we're getting top-notch service and that digital teams are properly represented across the bank and with agencies. What's more, you'll make sure appropriate coaching and succession planning are effectively managed and that skills within the team are shared.

What you'll need as Head of Web Analytics
The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need a degree-level education (or equivalent) and a detailed knowledge of Adobe SiteCatalyst. Significant project management experience is a must, and you'll need to show us a track record of exploiting customer information for commercial advantage and applying customer segmentation techniques. Line management experience and an awareness of new media marketing techniques are also critical.
