Motion Designer - Leeds - GBP £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

They are an award-winning digital agency renowned for its creativity and strategic approach. This is an amazing opportunity to join a vibrant and knowledgeable team working with a range of impressive range of clients!

The ideal candidate possesses a passion for design, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to turn concepts into visually appealing designs. You will work closely with their Creative Directors and other team members to create various design assets that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.

This role requires you to work from the Leeds-based studio 2 times per week. This means you will need to live and have the right to work in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in brand creation, specialising in motion, 2D, and 3D design for 3-5 years.
• Enthusiastic and committed to contributing to the team's vision and objectives.
• Showcases outstanding creative talents that engage and motivate.
• Effective communicator, adept at conveying ideas to both internal teams and clients, and open to collaboration.
• Proactive, ambitious, and eager to take initiative and drive projects forward.
• Well-versed in industry trends and curious about broader cultural influences.
• Strikes a balance between adhering to guidelines and embracing innovation and fresh concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with our team to conceptualise and execute motion design projects that align with client objectives.
• Creating visually stunning 2D and 3D animations that bring brand stories to life.
• Developing motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
• Ensuring consistency and quality across all motion design deliverables, while also exploring innovative techniques and trends.
