Parts Advisor apprenticeship - Kettering
A brilliant opportunity to join the team at Brian Currie in the Parts department, developing key customer service and business admin skills within the automotive industry. Duties include using multiple IT packages, including MS Office.
Role
- Using multiple IT packages, including MS Office
- Interacting directly with internal and external customers to deliver a service
- Review customer satisfaction, using evaluating tools and data
Training
- College attendance at the DAF Haddenham college on a block release.
- Apprentice will be working towards Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Standard qualification.
- Regular meetings with one of our dedicated Skills Coaches, at least every 28 days
- Functional skills in maths and English (if required)
- A full-time career within the automotive industry with many opportunities to progress to positions of authority within the dealership. Future prospects are endless.
- By having a highly regarded set of skills, apprentices can go on to develop their career within any other areas of commerce they may be interested in.
