We are working with an innovative IT company, due to continued growth they have asked us to invite applications for an IT Support Technician. You will work with our tech-savvy staff to ensure the smooth running of clients IT equipment and the systems they depend on.

We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Technician with proven 1st & 2nd line experience as a minimum. To provide support to a diverse group of users, responding to incidents and requests in line with company SLAs. Youll troubleshoot desktop, server, 365, telephony, network, software, and printing errors. You will work with our tech-savvy staff to ensure the smooth running of clients IT equipment and the systems they depend on. You will join a passionate and talented team in an innovative IT company.

Experience Required

· IT Systems administration in a Windows environment. Preferably in a service provider role.
· Experience in AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, GPO.
Systems in place will range from older Windows Server 2019 servers up to Server 2022.
Windows Server RDS
· Experience in Hyper-V, SME networking including managed switches, VLANs, Gateway routers.
· Experience with Azure AD/ In Tune and Entra ID
· Experience with Microsoft 365
Experience with Veeam or other backups solutions.
· 2 Years minimum experience in working in a support team.
· Strong documentation skills and along with experience of dealing with a support tickets system
· Qualifications that would help within the help desk environment (Google IT Support, Microsoft IT Support, Comptia A+)
· VOIP/Telephony
