Engineering department business administrator apprentice
Role
Main duties will include: This role will be primarily office based but moving around other technical areas could be required. Data logging of production times on a daily basis. Generation of Modification forms. Implementation of Modification forms. Using PowerPoint for generating manufacturing process sheets. Using operating system for setting up stock codes and bills of materials. Creating loom boards to size for manufacturing use. Learning costing program for quote generation which includes on-the-job learning of components for different industries, wire and cable, crimps, connectors for cable assemblies, looms and harnesses. Dealing with suppliers and clients.
Training
Hull College will deliever the Apprenticeship Standard Business Administrator Level 3. Plus Functional skills if required in maths and English.
Full time employment will be offered to the right candidate on completion of the apprenticeship and the opportunity to continue to develop with your professional progression.
