Data Analyst Apprentice
You will be part of the Global Operations and Delivery team within the Digital Experience Center. There are 2 main focus areas: Collecting and analysing data to identify trends that help inform leaderships decision making. Cleansing and modelling outcomes to test viability of AI and Machine Learning models to improve reporting and planning.
Role
Data Analyst responsibilities include working closely with the Global Head of Operations to prepare comprehensive plans for service optimisation, proactive resource planning, Service Level Agreement alignment trajectories as well as a host of other initiatives that will emerge with the adoption of new technology platforms. Therefore, you will:
- Assist the Head of Global Operations and wider team with data modelling to devise ways to monitor and proactively adjust ways of working
- Work with Operational Excellence to create and maintain comprehensive data visualisation boards and identify global opportunities to present to the leadership team
- Liaise with internal teams to assign tasks and assist with workforce management
- Analyse risks and opportunities uncovered with our enriched data view
- Use problem solving skills and take appropriate actions to manage and correct data issues, should any arise
- Be a key point of contact for Global Service Operations Managers, as well as sharing any relevant communications
- Assist in financial management processes, including forecasting, monitoring, and tracking DEC finances
- Work with technology teams to create data standards and requirements for DEC
Training
You will gain a Data Analyst Level 4 apprenticeship.
Delivered via In-person Residential workshops which are block release, self study and support via your Learning Mentors.
After the apprenticeship there is potential for a full time permanent contract.
