IT Support Apprentice
Role
· To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to good service management principles.
· To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
· To log all calls on our support desk software and manage the ticket system effectively.
· Deal with administrative activities professionally and in a timely manner.
· Liaise with field engineers, installation programs, maintenance and warranty programs.
Training
ICT Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
Your training takes place at work and NowSkills also provides live online, on-demand online, and 1:1 with your subject specialist digital tutor that you will have assigned to you.
Upon successful completion, you will receive a certification of your Level 3 ICT apprenticeship qualification.
The successful candidate may be offered full-time employment and the chance to progress to a higher-level apprenticeship or position in the IT team.
