IT & Development Manager

As the IT/Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and evolving the IT systems, both in-house and off-the-shelf software. From production tracking portals to precision packing systems, your expertise will ensure 100% accuracy and efficiency. Key software platforms include SharePoint/Microsoft 365, .NET, C#, Visual Basic, MS SQL Server, and leading variable data software for printing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop existing IT systems for production, packing, and shipping.
• Plan and implement infrastructure, methods, and technologies for the next 5 years.
• Lead and manage a team of 2 staff and plus external contractors, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Maintain and enhance the ISO 27001 certification, ensuring that business systems remain secure at all times.
• Demonstrate expertise in manufacturing or operations led businesses, driving continuous improvement and optimisation.

 

As the IT & Development Manager, you will have:

• Proven experience in managing and developing IT systems, preferably within manufacturing or operations.
• Proficiency in SharePoint/Microsoft 365, .NET, C#, Visual Basic, MS SQL Server, and variable data software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high levels of security and compliance.
• A strategic thinking style with a practical, hands-on approach.
