Technical Data Business Analyst - Workday HCM

Day Rate £550 - £600 per day Inside IR35

Hybrid - once per month in London

Join our team and be part of our global HR system migration project. We're seeking an experienced Data Business Analyst to drive transformation and ensure seamless migration to our new HR platform. As a key member of the project team, you'll define data, processes, and practices while serving as the data representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• As Technical Data Business Analyst, you will conduct thorough business analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Utilize data skills for insights.
• Document data quality and security.
• The Technical Data Business Analyst will support testing and communication efforts.

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM solutions and data, including Workday HCM
• Strong Azure data skills.
• Proficiency in PySpark, Java, or Python.
• Familiarity with Kimball data modeling and SQL.
• Experience with Power BI and CI/CD practices.

Nice to Have:

• B2B supply chain experience.
• Familiarity with MS Azure technologies.
