We are looking to recruit a BI Developer for a technology driven public sector organisation.

As a Business Intelligence Developer you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge BI solutions that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop business intelligence solutions using tools such as Business Objects and Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Build and maintain data models, semantic layers, and data visualizations to support analytical processes.
• Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing data governance best practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business intelligence development, with proficiency in tools like Business Objects and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, data warehousing concepts, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
