IT Estates Project Manager (Outside IR35)

Role: ICT Technical Project Manager (ICT physical moves / relocations)

Location: Hybrid, (Home + Hampshire sites)

Rate: £(Apply online only) per day (outside IR35)

Duration: 12 months - start March/April 2024

Key Skills: Prince 2 Practitioner, ICT large scale enterprises, specific experience in estates / office moves, tech fit-outs, building exits etc.

Our Client: Public Sector / Government organisation

The Role: To lead on the successful delivery of ICT projects in a complex, multi-site environment. Specific responsibility around delivery of ICT projects that relate to new office launches, building exists, building technology re-fits etc.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• 5+ years Senior projects delivery-based experience, delivering complex transformation projects in Public Sector / Government based enterprises.
• Specific experience of project managing ICT projects that relate to estate / office relocation, moves, changes etc.
• Located in Hampshire and willing to travel to sites across Hampshire as required. Confident meeting stakeholders and vendors on-site.
• Strong vendor / supplier management and negotiation skills
• Strong project budgets management experience
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident and highly effective communications skills, verbal and written.
• Prince 2 Practitioner etc.
• Clean and current UK driving license
• Eligibility for the necessary security clearance is essential (see below)

You need to have lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years without any extended periods outside of the UK in that time in order to be eligible for the required level of security vetting***
