Rate: £600 - £650 per day (Inside IR35)

Are you a Lead Developer with a knack for innovation and a desire to make a positive impact? Do you have commercial experience with modern architecture patterns including Event Based Messaging, Domain Driven Design, Microservices and CQRS?

We are looking to recruit a Lead Ful Stack Software Developer for a technology driven organisation based in Brighton. This is a home-based role however there will be a requirement to work on site in Brighton approximately 4 - 6 times a month.

This is a 'hands on' roles and we are looking for an experienced Developer who can mentor and inspire the existing Development Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and inspire a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Utilize your expertise in .NET, C#, microservices, and event-based messaging to design and implement robust systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to the development of scalable and efficient applications.
• Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends and integrating cutting-edge technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Lead Developer, with expertise in .NET and C#.
• Strong background in designing and implementing microservices and event-based messaging architectures.
• Proficiency in utilizing Azure SaaS and PaaS for scalable and secure solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to development.
