Are you a Graduate IT Support Engineer looking to kickstart your career and join an established Solicitors firm, who will invest heavily in your professional and technical development?

In this role, you will be the first point of contact to assist staff with all IT issues (networked PCs, laptops, telephones, mobile phones, and remote working related issues).

You will report to the office manager and be responsible for liaising with external IT consultants in respect of the procurement, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and software.

This role would suit a recent graduate with a relevant IT degree, or someone who has recently completed an apprenticeship looking to kickstart their career.

The Role

• Provide technical support and assistance to staff regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively
• Office based

The Person

• Recent Graduate or completed apprenticeship
• Happy working 5 days a week in office
