On offer is the exciting opportunity to join this company and become the first in-house IT Support Engineer. You will be able to shape this department however you like and join this growing business as it expands into new industries.

In this role you will be supporting the company in all aspects of IT support. From software to hardware and from troubleshooting bugs to work phone support, you will be the go to person for the company and their employees IT needs. You will be liaising with their current outsourced IT company to ensure all of the companies requirements are met.

The ideal IT Support Engineer will have experience or knowledge in all aspects of information technology. You will understand troubleshooting, hardware, software and be able to adapt to the companies IT requirements.

• IT Support and troubleshooting bugs
• Fixing both software and hardware with the support of an outsourced IT company
• Working with general office technology

• Background in IT Support
• Knowledge of different aspects of IT Support and business needs
• Commutable to Taunton
