Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract business analyst who has experience of working on a global servicedesk or help desk implementation with servicenow. This is for a fantastic client, you will work hybrid and need to go to site in London once in a while, daily rate is £550 a day outside IR35. 

Essential requirements

• Successfully leading business analysis activities within complex organizational environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions.
• Comprehensive understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Must have worked on a servicenow implementation on a global scale 
• servicenow transformation programme 
• service desk/help desk transformation projects 

 Desirable:

• Experience of working in a Pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in Business Process Automation
