Senior Software Tester - Manual/ERP/Selenium/JMeter

Exalto are currently recruiting for a Senior Software Tester to join an expanding company based in Crewe, Cheshire. They are growing at a rapid rate at the moment with a number of different projects going on.

Initially you will need to come in and understand their ERP application, that has been developed in house and write out the test cases.

The application is extremely large, so there will be a lot going on. Day to day you will be getting involved with developing test plans and strategies, designing and executing test cases, tracking any defects and reporting them to the development teams etc.

Initially you will be mainly working on Manual testing and then you will build up to automation testing as they progress.

There are a number of projects that you will get involved in.
With the level of growth an investment that they have you will have plenty of opportunity to develop yourself. There is lots of potential to progress within the company as they are growing.

This will be from a hybrid perspective whereby you will need to be in the office on average 1-2 days a week.

Essential skills include experience with:

• Manual and automated testing

  
Desirable skills include experience with:

• Selenium
• JUnit
• TestNG
• Performance Testing Tools (eg JMeter)
