  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in account management, customer success, or sales.
  • Experience in Digital or SAAS solutions
  • Ability to analyse data and derive insights to drive client success and identify growth opportunities.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritise and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
