Electronics Engineering Technician Apprentice
To enhance our engineering team we are recruiting an electronics apprentice. You will become competent in all aspects of contract electronic manufacturing. One of the world's fastest growing industries, as all modern equipment contains a printed circuit board within it. We’re looking for somebody who cares about their work and is keen to grow.
Role
Facet Manufacturing (UK) Ltd is an Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS / CEM) provider based In Weston-super-Mare.

Daily duties:
- Test Procedures.
- Electronic test Diagnostics.
- Surface Mount Technologies.
- Pick and Place Machine program writing.
Training
- Engineering Fitter Level 3 qualification
- If you have not already achieved a C/4 + in both Maths and English (or equivalent) and cannot provide evidence in the form of a certificate, you will also need to achieve Functional skills at Level 2, in both Numeracy and Literacy. This will include sitting an exam.
- College attendance Monday, Tuesday Wednesday.
- Working for Diamond Group across a number of sites as an Electronics Engineer. Specializing in Electronics and Surface Mount Technologies.
