Role
The role will include:
- To answer incoming telephone calls within 3 rings and connect calls to the appropriate consultant or taking messages ensuring the detail is clear and concise.
- Interviewing candidates via telephone / teams / face to face, sourcing and screening
- Record information against client and candidate records in using different IT systems.
- Carry out database searches, interviewing potential candidates.
- Posting vacancies online on LinkedIn / Indeed / an other job searching websites
- Referencing and ID checks on the successful candidates
- Sending emails and marketing mailers
Training
Teaching and learning the skills, knowledge and behaviours to be a competent Resourcer within a Recruitment sector
