We are working with a high-performance MSP who are looking to appoint a new 1st Line NOC Engineer into a very hands-on customer focused technical team. You will provide first-line support while performing maintenance, monitoring and testing to maintain network uptime. You will be trained within a multi-vendor environment supporting both R&S and firewall solutions for a range of clients.

Upon your first day you will be enrolled into their L&D program which has an excellent reputation within the industry.

You will need:

• CCNA or JNCIA
• Experience within a helpdesk or NOC
• Some Firewall knowledge
