Production Operative Apprentice
The work is very intricate and is carried out in a modern, pleasant working environment. The apprenticeship will lead you into assembling, bonding and soldering electronic and other components that come together to make a finished probe and other accessories such as cables and connectors.
Role
- Be quick to learn and keen to progress
- Have good manual dexterity
- Be able to produce fine solder joints (electronic work)
- Be able to glue / bond very small components together
- Work to high standards as attention to detail is crucial
- Follow instruction both written and verbal
- Computer literate
- Work within a team or as an individual
Training
- LEAN Manufacturing Operative Level 2
- Relevant workplace training
- Functional Skills if required
A full time role will be available to the successful candidate at the end of the apprenticeship. Career progression within the company and the job role.
