Admin Apprentice
We are looking for a new Business Administration apprentice to join our Halesowen office.
Group Gear Ltd has an exciting opportunity for those who are seeking an apprenticeship within the IT wholesale industry for Business Administration. Candidates must be actively registered with an apprenticeship scheme.
Role
Within this role, you will be required to complete the following tasks:
· Processing orders (data input)
· Maintaining spreadsheets
· Internet portals such as DPD and Royal Mail
· Make drinks
· Customer complaints
· Process payments
· Photocopying
· Scanning
· Performing secretarial tasks: letters, calls, messages, emails
Updating CRM system and bespoke software
Training
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard:
The successful applicant will be allocated with an assessor who will visit them in the workplace once every 6-8 weeks
We are looking for an apprentice to become part of our team with the prospect of a long career with opportunities to progress within the company
