Application Support Specialist

We are partnered with a UK University who are currently recruiting for an Applications Support Specialist on a 3 month contract starting ASAP.

Please note: You must have relevant Systems / Applications support experience within a Higher Education environment to apply for this role.

Location: Primarily remote based

The successful Applications Support Specialist will:

• Support a wide range of HE systems including HR systems, web systems, learning management systems and timetabling systems
• Troubleshoot various application issues
• Communicate with vendors to solve technical issues
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across the business

The successful Applications Support Specialist will have:

• Experience supporting a variety of HE systems and applications
• Ability to take initiative and recognise when problems need addressing
• Technical background
• Strong communication skills
