Agency Manager / Senior Account Manager / General Manager

Salary:  up to £50,000 basic plus OTE, private health, pension and flexible working hours

Location:  Nr Farnham, Surrey

Our client is a successful software development agency that has been creating websites and booking systems for its specialist clients over the last 15 years. Due to exciting growth in the business and organisational change, our client is looking for an experienced Agency Manager / Senior Account Manager / General Manager, someone who can help the founder write the next chapter. The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering digital solutions to multiple clients from within an Agency environment.  You should be at the point in your career where you want to be able to have a real impact on a business and want to be rewarded for your successes.

The successful candidate should have experience of delivering digital solutions to multiple clients from within an Agency environment, and project management experience - particularly software project management.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will help develop the strategy for the business for the next 5 years, and then with the help of the team, deliver on that strategy. It is a great open opportunity for someone who is looking for that step up into senior management and who has ambitions to take on further responsibility.

The ideal candidate should live commutable distance of Farnham Surrey.  This role offers some hybrid working and a salary up to £50,000 basic plus OTE, private health, pension.
