We are working with a leading managed service provider who are on the hunt for a passionate and skilled network engineer to work on the latest Cisco devices providing excellent customer service for their clients in a fast paced, varied and exciting role where no two days are the same,

The role:

• Resolve complex escalated issues from 2nd line.
• Assist in project deliveries such as network expansions and roll outs.
• Working with mostly cisco equipment including ASA's, SD-WANs, DNAC, ISE and more
• Design of WAN/LAN networks for multiple clients
• Mentor more junior members of staff.
• Maintain excellent documentation throughout

The candidate:

• Ideally experienced working in a service provider environment
• CCNP level of experience
• 4+ years' experience in a networking role
• Excellent communicator and team player
