They are currently seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer to join their internal IT team and support them with technical projects and tech support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide essential IT support to internal staff.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems.
• Collaborate with the IT team to manage and enhance the IT infrastructure.
• Contribute to community-focused IT projects that empower residents and local initiatives.

Tech Stack:

• Active Directory
• Office 365
• Windows Server
• Hyper-V and/or VMWare
• Networking
• Hardware
