Junior QA Engineer

Due to growth and 2024 pipeline - a highly rewarding Cardiff based organisation creating software for multinational clients, are now seeking multiple Junior Software Testers.

You’ll work on challenging projects in a fast-moving environment; collaborating in a multidisciplinary team, and continuously developing your skills through a company committed to making the most of your talent and potential.

You will join a motivated Scrum team and work closely with a Senior QA; participating in all areas test planning and execution. You’ll carry out tasks such as testing features and retesting of issues, and assist in creating and maintaining automation test tasks, plus carrying out test reviews. We are seeking individuals who whilst making fast progression – are confident to ask questions and articulate what help is and guidance is needed to help succeed as a QA Engineer.

Essential Skills:

• Familiarity/exposure to a scripting/programming language, such as Java, JavaScript, Python
• Desire to learn and challenge yourself

Desirable:

• Knowledge of testing and Software Development
• Knowledge of Behaviour Driven Development practices
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, CI/CD, and Selenium
