Apprentice Sales Administrator for a Technology Solutions Provider based in Cheadle. You will undertake your Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification.
Role
- Ensuring clients receive support, product and service in timely manner
- Customer data capture and order reporting
- Order processing
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Preparing sales reports and renewal reports for customer
- Monitoring and assisting client requests
- Providing first class service to customers
Training
Intermediate Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service, including NVQ and functional skills maths and English.
Work based learning.
