Digital Solution Support

Just Recruitment is working with a well-regarded business, based in Braintree - actively recruiting for a Digital Solution Support role.

The Digital Solution Support role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to the global digital solutions team. Reporting to the Head of Digital Solutions, the candidate will focus on system configuration, support, and maintenance related to global B2B, online ordering, and production platforms.

Duties include:

Log and address support issues, both internally and with external suppliers.
Assist with setup, administration, and configuration of a global online ordering and production platform.
Working on various different onboarding projects

Technical Experience:

In-house training will be given to fulfil the requirements of the role
Ideal for candidates with a keen interest in IT, with IT-related qualifications at GCSE level or higher. Vocational and A Level qualifications are favourable.
MS Office Proficiency: Strong understanding of core Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
