Kantar Worldpanel - Level 6 Business Management Degree Apprenticeship
This degree-level apprenticeship will allow you study 1 day a week at London South Bank University whilst working with Kantar World Panel in our West London office. Apprentices will support our business teams 4 days a week (days tbd), building client deliverables, selling research solutions and participating in client interactions.
Role
- To gain an understanding of Kantar, and utilise your skills. You will have 3 yearly rotations throughout the business, including; Client Service Sales, Client Service Insight/Delivery and Client Operations.
- The 3 year degree will focus on the theory behind a range of business functions, such as Marketing, Finance and Strategic Management. There will be a combination of multiple-choice exams, coursework, presentations, dissertation, and an end point assessment.
- The day-to-day work at Kantar will give you the opportunity to apply and utilise the theory you have learnt in a live business environment.
- You will have a two-week induction programme where you will learn the fundamentals about our business and become confident to get going quickly. In addition, a comprehensive training programme across the 3 years will pave the way for you to have a fantastic career in delivering truly outstanding research insight and achieving your commercial targets.
- The opportunity to present your thinking, experiences and potential to the senior management team supporting you with your ongoing development and progression.
- Provide you time to complete the degree including the end point assessment, while meeting business objectives. Subject to meeting expectations and successfully completing the programme, Kantar will work with you on finding an appropriate role to move into at the end of the 3 years.

- Maths & English NVQ or SVQ Level 2 or equivalent, grade Pass (Essential)
