About You:

• Seasoned Cosmos developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in building Cosmos blockchain infrastructure, not limited to smart contracts.
• Successfully deployed a Cosmos mainnet and delivered production-ready code.
• Proficient in recruiting, testing, and vetting developers, with prior experience managing a team of at least 3 individuals.
• Comfortable collaborating with remote workers and thriving in a startup environment.

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies and concepts, particularly within the Cosmos ecosystem.
• Familiarity with basic DeFi primitives and their implementation.
• Proficiency in Golang, with demonstrable experience in open-source projects (Github, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Skilled in code reviews, pair programming, and setting development tasks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ability to read and interpret whitepapers to inform development decisions.
• Capable of writing detailed yet easily understandable specifications.
