ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant

 Our client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to join their team.

As a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant, you will lead the technical implementations of ServiceNow, ensuring best practice designs and solutions are developed to meet customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted advisor, managing all technical aspects of ServiceNow projects while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will mentor junior consultants, fostering their growth and delivering internal learning sessions.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

- Deep understanding in ServiceNow Customer Service Management development, configuration, and integration

- Legal right to work in the UK

-ServiceNow Certifications (ITSM or CSM) or highly desirable.

-Previously worked in agile/scrum environment
