IT Support Technician

We’re recruiting on behalf of a small yet established IT company that offers a friendly & supportive team environment along with the flexibility of office & remote working.  
 
As an IT Support Technician, you’ll be an integral part of the team and you’ll provide remote and on-site technical IT assistance to businesses throughout Staffordshire and Cheshire.
 
Other responsibilities include:

• Setting up, configuring and installing a variety of hardware and software.
• Ensuring security upgrades and antivirus installations are applied and kept up to date.
• Fault finding, troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software issues.

 
What you’ll need:

• Previous experience within a similar Desktop Support Technician / IT Support Engineer role
• A driving license with access to a vehicle as there will be occasional travel to clients' sites
• A positive, friendly and collaborative attitude with a willingness to ‘get stuck in’

 
Other Information:

• Salary: Up to £32,000 
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:30am – 17:30pm
• Holidays: 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
