Junior IT Solutions Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Junior IT Solutions Developer with expertise in a range of Microsoft and other technologies, including Ms Power Automate RPA, Ms Power Apps development, Ms Power BI, SharePoint development, Salesforce Admin experience, API integrations, and more. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully assisting and/or delivering innovative solutions, some project management skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. This will be an all-encompassing role with an opportunity to act as a Change Manager or Systems Manager depending on the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the development, execution and organization of technology-based business solutions using Ms Power Automate RPS to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
• Helping with design of software applications.
• Design and develop custom applications using Ms Power Apps to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop and customize SharePoint sites and applications to facilitate collaboration and document management.
• Administer Salesforce platform, including user management, customization, and integration with other systems.
• Design and implement API integrations between various systems to enable seamless data exchange.
• Support requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Create comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, and test plans.
• Aid the implementation of data retention policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Drive innovation within the organization by exploring and implementing new technologies and methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Python, or similar to develop custom solutions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT solutions development, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Proficiency in Ms Power Automate RPA, Ms Power Apps development, and Ms Power BI.
• Experience in SharePoint development, including customizations and workflows.
• Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in API integrations and data manipulation.
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience implementing data retention policies and procedures is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
