Business Administrator and Estimator Apprentice
An excellent opportunity to join Meclec, a Mechanical / Electrical Installation and Inspection Company based in Ashford.
Your role will be very diverse, gaining a range of valuable business office skills whilst specialising in estimating.
Role
Working closely with the Office Manager at the busy office in Ashford, your duties will include:
Safety / Meclec
- Processing all incoming Purchase orders in line with company processes
- Responsible for the upkeep of the PPM renewables diary planner
- Sending out all renewable quotes in line with company service level agreements and processes.
- Sending out all completed and signed off engineers reports & completion documents
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Assisting with any other tasks requested
Safety & Meclec
- Booking all engineers works into the calendar and managing engineers diaries
- Processing engineers reports/ completion documents
- Managing all works awaiting confirmation for attendance
- Chasing any outstanding engineers reports/ completion documents
- Preparing and sending Method Statements and Risk Assessments
- Preparing and sending out Remedial/ Inspection quotes
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Assisting with any other tasks requested
Training
After completion, you will gain your Business Administrator Level 3 Standard Apprenticeship Qualification.
